How do I register for a tournament?
Navigating the HQ website to register for a tournament can be confusing. Here is a guide with step-by-step screenshots.
How do I add more coaches and team members after I've registered?
Login to the HQ website teams page using the username and password you got when you registered for tournament then follow the guide below.
What about providing judges and volunteers?
It takes about 150 volunteers to run the regional tournament. About half these are provided by the teams. Each team is required to provide both a worker volunteer and a judge.
The worker is usually a parent of one of the team members. They will do about a 2 hour shift during the tournament helping with things such as monitoring doors during performances and working registration desks. We will schedule their shift so that they won't miss their child's performance.
The judge is a bigger commitment. They will attend training on a Saturday before the tournament (typically from 9-1) and spend the whole day of the tournament judging. The judge is not able to see their own child's performance.
