What is Odyssey of the Mind? Parents, teachers, and students can find out by seeing a live performance by a World Finalist team and trying out some spontaneous problems.

About the event
Come find out what Odyssey of the Mind is about. Open to Parents, Teachers, and Students new to Odyssey.
Returning OMERs (Odyssey students) are also welcome to come keep their skills sharp and pick up tips from practicing with students from other schools across the region.
One of the World Finalist Teams from our region will demonstrate their long term problem solution (8 minute skit) and everyone will get an opportunity to try a few spontaneous problems. We will also have a few skill building games for the students while we answer questions from the adults.
Homeschoolers can meet with others to form teams.
This event is for individuals, not teams. We will try to group students by grade level (Elementary, Middle, High School)
We will meet in the Shoal River Middle School cafeteria.
No drop offs. All students must be accompanied by a responsible adult. We will not take responsibility for your child.
